The unit did not pass inspection by a possible buyer. Contractor is back doing more electrical work today due to electrical inspection failing. The woman who currently owns the unit is not using proper permits for electrical work nor did she hire an electrical engineer. The potential to cause great fire & fire damage. What is the city doing to prevent this homeowner from doing this over and over?

There has been ZERO response. I have called, sent e-mails, used the app, visited SS's permit office.
