Verne st and Westbrook intersection on west side has very deep pothole, obscured by water - please barricade to make safe

A. area covered with water. class c pavement deteriorated due to long standing failure of catch basins to drain this intersection. basins have been cleaned multiple times - bigger problem.

A. obscured by water - hit it with my car. very deep
