This neighbor continues to leave many piles of poop in his back yard. It has caused a serious rat problem. The rats are now living under his back patio and can be seen carrying stools under the patio. He has been asked by many neighbors to cleanup after his dogs in a timely manner and he continues to wait to cleanup for weeks. It’s disgusting, it’s promoting disease transmission and he’s a real estate agent. He shouldn’t be allowed to have dogs if this is the way he treats them. Please fix this problem.
