Description

This is the only unkept sidewalk area on Caravan Court. It’s overgown, has poison ivy growing onto the sidewalk,the trees branches can take an eye out and the sidewalk is half its width because the grass is never cut. Whose responsibility is it? There is a chain link fence between this area and the house(which used to have a Harriet Tubman street address) This is not safe for the kids and is quite an eyesore. Help!
