Description

THERE ARE SEVERAL NEW MANHOLE COVERS. THE ONE WITH THE BIG HOLES IN IT IS VERY NOISY. EVERY CAR PASSING OVER IT MAKES A CLANKETY CLANK NOISE. I CAN'T OPEN MY WINDOW BECAUSE OF THE NOISE, AND IT'S REALLY HARD TO SLEEP.
