Lebanon St and part of Sylvan St needs to be ground down and resurfaced like those areas on Upham St that were resurfaced. Filling the pot holes won't work. What's the
difference between Upham and Lebanon St?

We are working on a larger scale plan for this neighborhood, both in terms of paving through a MassDOT-funded project and drainage, through FEMA. Until either of these is in progress, it does not make sense to put capital money into this location. We will continue to make repairs as needed, and residents should continue to put in pothole requests when they notice anything requiring attention.
