City Engineering is currently reconstructing 4th Avenue to include roadway and streetscape improvements. Utility crews will be on site this week to begin relocation of electric facilities in conflict with the project. The new roadway will contain 10-foot wide multiuse paths, new pedestrian crossing at Triana Boulevard and decorative lighting and landscaping. Please consider this area an active construction project which is anticipated to be complete this summer.
