Neighbor saw hispanic male with knives visible in belt at park. Attempt to report twice. Report given to Raleigh Fire Dept 3 pm Friday.

Recently people door-to-door begging
Increase in break-ins in homes
Many reports of gunshots especially at night
Many young families new to the neighborhood leaving due to safety issues
