this same out-of-state person owns another vacant lot #14 016400090210 immediately north of the creek on Kimmeridge. A HUGE tree came down last night and took a few other with it. In addition to the safety issue, the tree(s) fell across the creek so the foliage and branches will cause an obstruction and flood the surrounding properties. I spoke with the property owner at 2779 Kimmeridge which is also a certified arborist. I informed him that we as the City did not get involved with private property matters such as this and he told me that he was going to make an attempt to contact the property owner.
