I saw a Huntsville Utilities truck here a few days ago working on this light. I don't know if it is now supposed to be working, but it is still not on at night.

Good evening, yes, it has been determined that there is a bad underground cable in this area. The supervisor is aware and it will take a while to find and repair. I am going to close this ticket now as we can not leave it open. Please be patient with us because it will take time.

It still doesn't work! I saw a crew working on it a couple of weeks ago. I assume replacing the light bulb. It didn't work that night and has not been on at all since I first reported this many months ago!

Sounds like they are saying "We have no idea when we might fix this but are closing this so we don't look bad"

Agreed Douglas! The light at Queens and Willena is out also but I probably won’t report that one either since it won’t get fixed.

I can confirm that the light was not on last night.

The light is not working. According to what I’ve read in the comments, there’s an underground issue and they don’t know where it is so I guess they’re just going to forget about it. It was working five years ago according to my Timehop memories.
