No it can not be changed. R3 has express trains that do not stop at Secane Station. The circuits involved can not distinguish a local train to an express train. REMEMBER train crossing gates are in place for car and pedestrian safety, I constantly see cars stopping on tracks because they are in a hurry or talking on their phone and not paying attention. Or worse a mother driving with children in the car going around the gates when they are down. If the gates didn't come down until the train was right on top of street there would be horrible accidents and fatalities! If you can't wait a few minutes for safety take another street. SLOW DOWN
