Joe Minnich 2040 homeowner works for engineering firm designer for Ohio Turnpike, lead inspector several years for historic Perrysburg. Replaced curb prepared tamped, water pressured soil in place many sequences. City would not replace with sandstone we have avail, would not repair before paving possibly never repair/ replace & would be concrete. Scott Michalak took pictures & reported. Please disregard that complaint from.the neighborhood bullies. The repair looks just like the original sandstone curb and was done by capable hands. The people at 2040 are very conscious of the historic designation and take great pains to preserve the integrity of their beautiful home.
