5682451 - this item took over two months for the city to do nothing about before archiving. How long until this newer item about the same issue isn’t acted upon and archived?

Thanks for the clarification. As per my prior, blocked submission, your "Item closed due to time period since original complaint. If problem continues submit new case." would work as a better pasted comment for these types of issues than suggesting any "resolution". Might I try to editorialize and recommend the addition of a "please" before "submit" in future pasted comments (if this is adopted as one), or would that induce a further blocking by rejections?
