  Traffic speeds through Outlook Avenue. There is a small speed bump, but that does not stop the speeding. Cars and trucks blow through the stop signs at the corner of Parker and Outlook Avenue. We either need a bigger and more speed bumps or an officer to monitor. This is a serious problem. We have the elderly and small children on this block. Cars do not stop. They do not care. Sad.
