Description
The design of this intersection is not safe for any user. The east side of Dresden ends farther south than the west side of Dresden. If you're in a car, you can't see traffic coming from your left because the of the shubbery on the west side of Dresden, so you have to inch out into the traffic lane just to see.
If you're pedestrian, you have to cross at an angle and cars making a right turn can't see you and driver's on Dresden tend not to stop before the crossing area.
If you're on a bicycle, it's just a combination of both problems
