Better crosswalks at both Cypress and Mediterranean.
Better lights for nighttime.
Possible crosswalk flashing lights.
Possible speed tracking sign i.e. “Your Speed is ___”
Occasional police presence to track speeders.

I agree the intersection can be tough at times but do not want a stoplight there.

Marcy23451 - true. But I think the issue is safety and cars going too fast and/or bikes not stopping.
Possibly only run the signal during tourist season, then have it blink yellow?
Speed ramps? Bigger stop signs on the bike path? Not sure what the solution is, but I agree that it is an accident prone area and cars need to slow down on Norfolk Ave (and Rudee, Cypress and Mediterranean).
