Description
A huge tree is blocking the traffic signal for northbound traffic on Orange Street. I drive this way every day, and I am aware that the light is there. Northbound traffic--especially those unfamiliar to the area--will not see a red light there until it's too late.

When Traffic Lights Pedestrian Signals is chosen the following appears
If there is a problem with a Traffic Signal, please call the Transportation, Traffic and Parking Department directly at (203) 946-8075 between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday or call the New Haven Police Department after hours or on weekends at (203) 946-6316
I would like to add after calling you can post to alert others and to have a record it was called in. A delay in getting something like this taken care of can result in a serious accident.
