From Keene Rd to McMullen Booth the lights on 580 are timed that you cannot drive a mile without hitting a red light. This often results in poor traffic flow and driver frustration. Fix the timing! This light is only used right before and right after school hours, it should flash yellow all other times. This causes bad traffic flow.
