Description
The Large pine tree on the easement is dying and dropping large branches in the alley. There are several "widow makers" hanging from the tree that could fall at any time. When the tree or any large part of it eventually falls it could potentially cause massive property damage to adjacent homes as well as power lines, Telephone lines, and cable lines that run up and down the alley.
