Odor coming from house goes through the entire block. Cats climb all over in front of windows. Curtains all torn up from the cats climbing all over. Smells like a zoo. It is not healthy for anyone. Owners (minimum 6 cats) sleep on front porch when warm due to being unable to sleep inside with the odor. Animal hoarding.
