  Ongoing issue in Dimond park and all over Oakland. The Oakland PWD should be ashamed but they never are. To lazy to be ashamed.

  WM purposely took bins away causing this problem. Normally, folks will clean up if there's a place to toss it. The City has a Contract with them and should demand that they fix this problem that's been going on for 2 months!

  This also adds to the burden of the Monday morning Keep Dimond Park clean volunteers. Who face the aftermath of the busy weekends at the park with little or no trash cans.
