Description

At 5 PM in the LakePointe Business Park area, there are so many cars wanting to turn left from Yorkmont onto Tyvola that it is almost impossible (and dangerous) for cars coming from the Belk parking lot and the business park on the other side of Yorkmont to get into the left turn lane. Some folks are going down the center lane (for straight ahead traffic) and trying to scoot into the left lane in order to make this turn onto Tyvola. There is almost no one in the center lane or the right turn lane. It seems that it would be more sensible to have the right lane for straight ahead and right turns and make the other two lanes for turning left into the two lanes on Tyvola heading for Billy Graham Parkway. It would be nice to see this fixed before someone gets hurt.
