Construction in the Pentagon City area has created total roadway, pedestrian and bicycle chaos resulting in a very dangerous area. For example one lane on 15th St simply dead-ends in the middle of an intersection, creating very dangerous and sudden merges, backups and untenable pedestrian walks. It's so bad that local ART buses don't know where to let off their passengers, in one case releasing bus passengers from the LEFT LANE while the light was green. I very narrowly missed hitting two people who popped out the door and ran in front of me in the right lane. I doubt Arlington County has any clue how dangerous it has gotten on Hayes St between Walter Reed and 15th St. HELP!
