Description
People exiting from I-95 (whether from South or North) are not allowed to turn left and proceed south on Stillwater Ave. Instead, you have to drive straight into the parking lot and mess around getting reoriented. This is especially inconvenient at high shopping traffic times, and it clogs up that parking area. Once you get turned around, you can take a right out that driveway onto Stillwater, finally!

The thing is, traffic doesn't come out of the mall across the street at the same time. The geniuses that built that intersection decided that they should have a red light when absolutely nobody is crossing their path.
That mall has a red light when the Interstate has green. In fact, all of the other sides are red when that side is green--that's as it was the last time I was there. I went to eat at the Texas Roadhouse, and when I came out, had to sit through a red light while Interstate traffic had a green light, but they couldn't cross my path by turning left, so I was left wondering... "Why the heck can't they at least let this side get the straight ahead arrow at the same time?"
