When they come out they should check the entire former 'work zone' area since there are other signs that are still up or lying on the ground.

The Public Works Department has responded. The contractor has been asked to gather all remaining signs on the project and place them in one common location. Though the project has been substantially completed, the contractor is currently addressing punch list items (small fixes on the job). Also, there is additional work that has been added to this project as a result of the citizen input received after the project's construction began. One such work is the addition of two stand along pedestrian signals. The metal pole and mast arm for these signals are currently being manufactured in Virginia and are expected to be delivered to the project site in August 2013.
