Description

I live on a cul-de-sac at the bottom of an incline. When it rains hard the storm water comes whipping around the cul-de-sac and much of it comes down my driveway before it has a chance to reach the storm drain. I need someone from the DOT to come see me to discuss suggestions for remedies to this situation. For instance: can I modify the curb? who owns the curb, me or the county? This issue was previously addressed and closed without discussion by the Water Dept. (#5994532)
