Yes please. All of the crosswalk areas in Port Royal are very dangerous right now. Visibility is terrible with all of the overgrown plants.

I agree, it is very difficult to turn onto Ewen from the side streets due to the rapid growth.

Agree, getting more challenging turning into Ewen from the alleys.

I report the same issue every year around this time. Although the grasses are very pretty, they unfortunately grow too tall for being so close to crosswalks. Maybe food for thought to change these out for lower growing plants if it was in the budget down the road.

Dangerous for people,kids & pets.

This has been an issue for sometime and the city of New Westminster has done nothing as seen by the tall growth.

This has not been the first comment by Jesse to address the issue. In a previous posts you had advised someone would reach out to him but has not to date. It was shortly after that you closed the discussion- perhaps to show you had addressed it?

If you walk along the Quay side boardwalk you will not see any tall horsetail, overgrown weeds or unsightly up keep. In fact they have nice hanging baskets and a well kept walkway. Is there a reason funds are not allotted to this side as well?

It would be appreciated if you actually addressed the issues in Queensborough.
