The traffic light timing in North Pinellas is probably the worst in the nation. It should not take 45 minutes to go 10 miles on 4-6 lane roads, but in Pinellas it does. This stretch of 19 is terrible. Ulmerton, East Bay, Park Ave all downright horrible in traffic light timing. They put a red left turn light at almost every single intersection, cycle the lights incredibly slowly, and make sure you hit every single light on red. This adds 4-5 minutes to every single intersection. Horrendous. Takes FOREVER to go anywhere.
