Description

This car (CA license plate no 7VDF939) has been sitting in front of my home for approximately 11 days. I phoned Advantel Networks given their logo & company car no. 53306 on the car and they have not been able to track it down or cure the issue. I have consulted with my neighbors and with no knowledge of the cars owner we believe it to be stolen and/or associated with a homeless encampment in the dry y’all grass at the end of the block.
