the final paving for the gas and sewer trenches are to be completed in the next couple of weeks, the final paving has been completed on the water trench

Unless I'm confused, the water trench is still not properly fixed. While the pothole was filled, the pavement put on top creates a large bump in the road. This should be repaved flush with the street surface.
