Thanks. Did call public safety. Officer did ask them to stop on the Sunday construction issue. Unfortunately public safety doesn't deal with the other possible violations

Yeah, they can tell them to stop work, but you need to let Public Works know about building and permit violations.

"Big Land Coolers" has a HVAC permit for a new Walk-in cooler but failed to obtain a Building permit for the structure. The site has been placed under a stop work order until a Building permit has been issued.

Has this project been approved? Have a second-hand report that work in the area has resumed.

I just inspected and just the existing fence gate was being replaced, they understand no work can be done in the tree root area.
I saw no change from the initial inspection. The project was not approved.
