Investigated this issue and found out that the precast box has weeping holes in it. The holes needs to be repaired with concrete and some parging around the precast structure.I will add photos for this issue.

Four weeks since any activity and most of the Miss Utility markings have faded. Is this scheuduled for repair?

Now over 10 weeks since the original report. This should really be addressed before the winter months.

We apologize for the delay, we have been busy working on much larger projects. We should be out in the next 2 weeks to fix the issue.

Video inspection on this portion completed 10/21. No obvious issues were noted in the pipe.

It appears that a steel plate has been installed over the hole. Thank you. Can you let us know what the next steps are?
Also, neighbors are also asking if you can remove the highway sized 'steel plates ahead' sign. Since the plate is small and in the gutter by the storm drain the orange traffic cone in sufficient.

We are currently working on repairing this issue. We have had a video inspection of the storm drain pipes to make sure the pipes did not have any holes in them. Now we are working on backfilling the void. The crew will be back out on 11/26/19 to finish the repairs. We will be removing the sign and the steel plate when the repairs are done on Tuesday afternoon. Thanks for your concerns.

We have repaired this issue. We used 20-bags of concrete,3-tons of blacktop and the sunken area has been repaired.
