Description

Trucks arrived at the corner of Autumn and Rosemont around 6:25 AM, along with the sounds of back up signals, loud voices, and equipment being unchained. By 6:45 this piece of heavy equipment was being offloaded before being driven down Autumn, rattling houses as it went. Looks like the work isn't even in the area, and that the area is being used merely to park and unload equipment. This activity is not supposed to begin until 7:00, correct?
