Lead Jn215 pole 1 is breaking off at the bottom due to being rotten. Pole is around 15 feet from customers house. There has already been one CMR submitted for it around 2 weeks ago. Customer is very worried about it Falling on her house or her building. Actual address is 287 Highway 1601, evarts ky 40828. Turn on Highway 38 in harlan drive approx 6.5 miles and then right onto 1601. Go across tracks and stay on road until you cross bridge. As soon as you cross bridge then left down towards river. Follow rd until the end.
