Removal of illegal dumping on private property is the responsibility of the property owner. The Berkeley Transfer Station at 1201 Second Street will take 2 items of "e-waste" for free. Thank you.

From the photo, this looks like it's at the restroom in Strawberry Creek park (not "private property"... appears to be feces on the ground that needs to be cleaned up.
