Since the switch to hydraulic armed recycling truck, I have seen recyclables all over our neighborhood every week. It appears some of the recyclables fall out and are left behind for homeowners to pick up.
Today so much fell out that the driver actually got out of the truck to pick some up. But he ignored a lot too as evidenced in the photos.
