Thank you for your opinion but had you known the facts, this wouldn’t be necessary. The crew came out 2 times to that location.
The first being there were vehicles parked under the tree on the street so obviously we couldn’t trim.
The second time, the street was clear but there were inoperable vehicles in the driveway directly beside this tree. We knocked on the doors but the residents would not answer, so the crew did what could be done without damaging private property.
Had the original complainant left contact info and not decided to remain anonymous this all might have been gone a lot smoother.
The original Work Order remains open and we will return when those vehicles are moved.
