The issue you reported has been investigated by a Sr. Operations Field Coordinator and was assigned a priority classification based upon the specific conditions of the situation. These items are grouped by the type of work to be done and its benefit for the community or specific location. While this issue has been deemed to not pose an immediate risk for personal injury, private property damage, or environmental loss, it was verified that work needs to be scheduled.Work is prioritized based on the condition of the components measured during the inspection, condition of the surrounding infrastructure, potential for collateral damage, location and proximity of other projects. Using this methodology, work can be planned more efficiently leading to improved planning, scheduling, and maintenance of the County’s stormwater system.
