Description

Sanitation does not enter park to pick up trash bins of debris and dog waste. There is no pick-up unless neighbors carry bins to street on volunteer basis (usually this elderly woman submitting report.) Thank you, though, for removing trash receptacles tied to posts, which I had to empty by hand with gloves on.
