Description
175 feet in from street along pedestrian path, at rear corner of 188 Jefferson the masonry on the sanitary sewer manhole is collapsing into stream. This was reported and acknowledged in ticket #4593551 over a year ago and has not yet been corrected.
This may be allowing infiltration of stream water into the sanitary sewer system requiring unnecessary processing as sewage.

As of Sept. 21, 2019 the issue remains. Just off pedestrian path here, in streambed. A portion of the cement wall built to protect the sanitary sewer manhole has broken off and fallen into the stream.
Is water from the stream leaking into the sanitary sewer through this opening?
