Description
This home is falling apart and really needs building inspector to visit for safety concerns. The exterior stucco is crumbling off in chunks and swelling in mass sections from water damage . A window in the south rear of home is closed in with cement and wire mesh which does not have much support . The exterior wood exposed is now rotted and crumbling. The exterior paint has been lost and chipped off. The stairs can be seen broken and unsafe. Building materials are stored in the front and east side garden area. The side door in alley is rotted but is hidden by curious placement of garbage can to block issue. Recycling bins in rear are positioned to hide the view of excessive items stored in rear and east side of property. No air conditioning and water damage must make mold for the family. This is unsafe and also major concern. Thank you,
