Description
A pedestrian pathway has been set up around the ongoing construction at Front, University and York. However, the walkway has many holes that make it dangerous for pedestrians. My stroller wheels have gotten stuck in the holes and anyone wearing heels is in danger of breaking an ankle if they catch their heel in one of the many holes.

The scaffolding and boards built up outside Union Station for pedestrians is disturbingly rickety. I don't feel safe what-so-ever when the warping wood boards shake with every step and don't align. It's very easy to trip and fall, and completely unreasonable to believe that this is an adequate solution for crowds. I am often pushed or shouldered near or in Union - how am I supposed to get through unscathed every morning?
And this is what some visitors first see and experience when they enter the city?
