To bad that the city doesn't fine them anymore

Warning 1st offense, fines 2nd offense. Obviously the landlord does not live there, not in my neighboorhood just where I make money on non owner occupied property

Neither of the properties mentioned above, exibited violations, when I responded to the area this morning.
The rodents however, appear to be buroughed in, on another property back there.
I have spoken with representatives from all three of these properties and I feel confident that our exterminator will prevail.
