I am not sure If I am directing this notice to the correct avenue but I certainly hope I am. I am writing in regards to some very upsetting information. I am fully aware that Brahma Group Inc. (DOT# 1277757) is no longer compliant with DOT regulations. They no longer have an entity managing any workings with their commercial and non-commercial fleet. They have had completely inadequate monitoring of their fleet since their Fleet Manager departed in late 2018. They do not properly operate with ELDs, they do not have required maintenance or inspection records for their fleet and they do not update or maintain DOT drug testing, personnel files. They avoid POE's in all states and hot shot shipments during the late night hours to avoid inspections. They need to be scrupulously audited. They do not believe they require a manager of their fleet and have no intention of hiring someone to ensure they are compliant with all FMCSA regulations. They should absolutely not be operating any commercial vehicles. They are a severe danger to all drivers on the road. Please correct this issue immediately. Someone is going to be seriously injured or worse as result of their negligent actions.
