On the corner of 178th st and Birch dr there is a handicap accessible curb being installed, 3 feet from where the construction is ending the sidewalk is elevated roughly 5 inches due to a tree root causing a trip hazard for handicapped and small children during the day and anyone at night who doesnt know about it being there
