...Above states referred to Code Enforcement as lot full of fence high dry weeds as has been yearly clean-up via OPW request up till this 2019 request, (once urban farm taken over by drug users few years back as Joe Devries & team abated in a day so don't know if lot City owned per property abandonment to be on City radar or not) ...C.E. may have already come out couple months ago & deemed it not egregious enough etc., & didn't schedule an abatement as on my end, I didn't pop in a Pic. to help move this along, (can you guys pop them a note?)...Goes along with previous request/comments seen here as to drug traffic problem along that stretch, San Pablo Ave./Linden down 34th to Chestnut st. as any kind of blight there seems to add to the urban tumbleweed effect as more run down a spot, more run down folks & the business dealings...

...3346 Chestnut st. per Oakland's Code Enforcement site had report "Violation verified 6/11/19-#1905234" or, prior to my reporting above on as on C.E. site with description, "Referred" 6/21/19-#1902734, (as to 311's #917240 above...are these service request numbers coordinated between 311 & Code Enforcement?, as efforts seem to overlap), as C.E. note 1/16/19, "Apply Repeat-Offender Process"...What other request can be done here for simple abatement of weeds etc., on a finite lot?...

...Looking at lot now...at least no match or charcoal briquettes made it's way into lot this past summer to torch it as brush dry also with all the foot traffic around it... ...Just need some early Fall rains to compel new growth to add to the jungle so, "Keep er open" till abated as notes above cover rest of ?'s, concerns, etcs.,...Thanks!...
