Friday 7/19 at 445am - dumpsters emptied - casella Waste Management

Is this continuing problem illegal or not? If it is why is it continuing and if not, is there anyone in the city that sees this as a problem and should make it illegal

It's an ordinance violation. Waste MGT has changed the times and for the most part when city hall contacts them they come later - casella has never changed and continues to violate the ordinance - it's before 7 until 8 (I think)....

Maybe someone with the proper authority should start fining Casella. Medford citizens should not have to put up with being woken up, in the early hours, by repeat offenders.

Harvey waste MGT just emptied 7/11's dumpster. Video footage exists.
