Is this tree stump ever going to be removed?

FYI, the entire process from initial inspection to the planting of a new tree can take a year to a year and a half according to funding.

Thank you Shirley, this tree came down back I 2018 so I would think the removal should have happened by now.

The actual date was 10/18/18
