Still no repairs made on this light post being painted--- looks like it's another FPL issue. Gail Springer (city of coral gables) emailed FPL regarding the other light post about 2 blocks away on alhambra that is in similar condition-- but no response from FPL. Given FPL's profit this last quarter-- the least they can do is paint the stinkin' light poles for like $1!!!

Hello!!!! FPL still not doing ANYTHING!!! with record profits at FPL it's a disgrace they cannot even keep their light poles in good repair!!

Have you tried forwarding the issue to other citizens or business owners in your area?

i will take a few pictures... but i have another clickit for another light post just down the street and i have photos for that, and still nothing. the city compained to FPL (florida power and light) to get the other one painted/fixed but nothing has been done about it. i haven't sent to other citizens or business owners. I've just complained repeatedly, in writing and online, to the city of coral gables who then puts it off on FPL.

i'm sick of commenting on this so i am closing it.

b/c it's not fixed and i'm sick of getting email reminders. i've contacted the city of coral gables, i've followed up with them directly and they claim it's FPL's responsibility. they copied me on an email to FPL and i've followed up too but no dice. i'm sick of reporting on this and it's obviously not working.
