Description
It's a constant problem house that continually deposit tree trimmings ALONG SIDE of garbage can instead on placing trimmings IN the can. Now a dresser is on top of pile of trimmings. Also the bush along alley is overgrown and scraps against cars as they pass through. Can the City remove this bush so it's no longer an eyesore once and for all? If codes can travel down the length of this alley, you will find trash thrown in alley all the way down to 41st St S.
